Canyoning

Canyoning is an attractive activity that can be practised in some nice canyons in the surrounding natural parks. Canyoning, for those who have not heard of it before, is descending a canyon using the techniques of abseiling, climbing down the rocks, jumping into holes filled with water, and swimming along lakes. The experienced guides will instruct you in these techniques and give you a hand.

The best canyons in the natural parks "Parque Natural Sierra de Grazalema" and "Parque Natural Los Alcornocales"  are „Garganta Verde“ and „Garganta Las Buitreras“. Further interesting canyons are "Garganta Sima del Diablo" in the Ronda mountains "Serranía de Ronda" and „Rio Verde“ in the natural park "Parque Natural Sierra de Tejeda, Almijara y Alhama", Otívar in the Granada province, being one of the most beatiful ones in Andalucia.
