Anja Dibbert

Director Administration and Customer Care
Anja handles the administration work "behind the scenes" as well as the coordination of the courses and the customer care.

She studied Business Administration and worked in a big international group in Germany. In 2004 she fulfilled one of her dreams and founded a company together with José Luis. In that moment she took the decision to live in Andalusia, without the stress of the big cities.

"I love meeting people and I am highly interested in the different cultures and languages. In my spare time I love practising sports (walking, hiking), meeting friends and reading."

José Luis Garrido Rodríguez

Director Marketing and Public Relations

José Luis is responsible for the marketing activities, including internet marketing, contacts with agencies, advertising and cooperations. He also organises the accommodations, plans the leisure time programme and guides the excursions.

He grew up as a son of Spanish emigrants in Germany, that is why he is bilingual. He is a print technician and foreign language correspondent clerk. He worked in small and medium print shops. In 2004 he fulfilled one of his biggest dreams, to go back to his country of origin, and founded a company together with Anja. He has never regretted this step.

Sebastián Ordóñez Chacón

Spanish teacher and course coordinator

Sebastián studied Spanish Philology at the Cádiz University has been working as a Spanish teacher with Academia Pradoventura since 2005. In 2008 he completed a master for teching Spanish as a foreign language at the Seville University. He is our course coordinator, so he is in charge of organising the the students into study groups, the schedules, the teaching material etc. Apart from teaching he is involved in the the leisure time programme and takes the students on excursions.

"I live in Prado del Rey and in Sevilla and feel good in both places. In my freetime I like playing indoor soccer and running. I recently started biking, though I'm sure I won't win the yellow jersey in the Tour de France. I love listening to music and reading, especially Latin American and Spanish novels. Both hobbies require my full attention so that I can't do both things at once. I enjoy meeting my friends whenever I can, because a good conversation with them has a great value for me."

Inmaculada Ordóñez Chacón

Spanish teacher

Inmaculada studied English Philology at the Cádiz University and has been working with Academia Pradoventura since 2005. In 2007 she worked as an assistant to the Spanish teachers at an English College. Since 2008 she is back again and forms part of the teacher team.

"In my freetime I love reading. I'm a great fan of Stephen King, but enjoy reading all kinds of books.  I also like worrking out at the gym e.g. Aerobic, Pilates and Yoga.
Ich like watching cooking programmes on TV, but I quite never have the chance to apply my knowledge in the kitchen.
I love my job, because it's very interesting to get to know people from other countries and learn about their cultures."
