On the way we have views of the White Village and the two nature parks Sierra de Grazalema and Los Alcornocales. We will give you interesting information about the White Villages, the origin of Prado del Rey, as well as about the nature parks, show you characteristic plants and wild herbs. This makes this mill one of the few in the entire country that presses acebuchina oil. During our visit, the owner Laureano explains with great dedication the process of harvesting, delivery, grinding and pressing, how olive oil is produced and bottled there. Afterwards, we can taste the three different olive oils with delicious molletes (white bread made according to an Arabic recipe), savour the differences and comment on them. While the owner tells us about the natural ingredients and exquisite spices, describes the production process and answers questions, we can taste chorizo (Iberian paprika sausage), salchich\u00f3n
