Enrollment and confirmation
For a binding enrollment in any of the language courses please fill in the electronic enrollment form on our website completely and submit it to us using the send button. You may also send us your enrolment by email to:

After having received your enrollment we send you a confirmation requesting you to pay a down payment of 50 % of the total price of your stay by wire transfer to the bank account indicated in our confirmation of enrollment. Once we have received your down payment we will confirm the course and accommodation booking by email.
The remaining sum has to be paid by wire transfer up to 7 days before your arrival or in cash on the first day of the course in Spain.
In the case of stays longer than two weeks the balance due has to be paid by wire transfer minimum 7 days before your arrival.
As our capacities are limited we recommend to enroll 4 weeks before the course starts. Later enrolments are possible if there is capacity available. In any case please inform us about your estimated arrival time and the airport where you will arrive.
Cancellations
Cancellations always have to be sent to us by e-mail. In case of a cancellation the following cancellation fees apply:
- until the 42nd day before the start of the course we only charge an administration fee of € (EUR) 30
- until the 21st day before the start of the course: 20% of the total price
- from the 21st day to the 8th day before the start of the course: 35% of the total price
- from the 7th day before the start of the course: 50% of the total price.
In case the applicant does not come without prior cancellation 80% of the total price is charged.
If the applicant arrives later or leaves earlier, no refund for neither the course nor the accommodation can be made.
Changes in bookings
If you need to change the date of your course, please send us a written request by e-mail at least 4 weeks before the course starts, giving details of the reason, original date, preferred alternative date, arrival date, deposit paid, departure date, personal details, etc. After checking your details we will contact you.
Minimum groups
Should there be less than 3 students in one level, the classes take place however. In case there are 2 persons in one group, the daily classes are reduced to 2/3 of the standard time (2 x 60 min. instead of 4 x 45 min). If there is only one person in a level, the classes are reduced to half of the standard time (2 x 45 min. instead of 4 x 45 min).
Important note on the C1 and C2 levels
In the levels of “Usuario Competente” C1 and C2 there are usually only a few participants. Due to the long preparation time for our Spanish teachers in the high levels, the C1 and C2 level can not be booked as a normal intensive course, but only as an Intensive Plus Course or Super Intensive Plus course. Alternatively, you can book individual lessons according to your needs. To this end, a minimum of 2 lessons of 45 minutes per day is required.
Culture and adventure program
The organization and realization of the leisure time activities (excursions, transport, adventure and sports) offered by Academia Pradoventura is not part of the contractual obligation. In case Academia Pradoventura acts as agent on behalf of a Third Party, the conditions of this Third Party shall apply. These conditions can be made available upon request.
