COLABORACIÓN CON LA ASOCIACIÓN MEDIOAMBIENTAL O-LIVE La Academia Pradoventura se compromete con la defensa del medio ambiente. Para ello, apoya a la Asociación Medioambiental O-Live, la cual trabaja por integrar el desarrollo rural sostenible, la conservación de la biodiversidad, la investigación aplicada y el ecoturismo en un proyecto que busca proteger y poner en valor el patrimonio natural y cultural del entorno de la ruta de los Pueblos Blancos y los Parques Naturales Sierra de Grazalema y Los Alcornocales. Su nueva iniciativa, "Fuentes de Vida", busca recuperar y acondicionar fuentes, abrevaderos y otros puntos de agua en el Parque Natural Sierra de Grazalema, con el objetivo directo de conservar la fauna anfibia, uno de los grupos animales más amenazados en todo el mundo. El abandono de las tradiciones ganaderas ha causado el deterioro de estas construcciones y por consiguiente, la desaparición de estos núcleos de biodiversidad, vitales tanto para los anfibios como para otras especies de insectos, aves, reptiles o incluso mamíferos, por lo que resulta esencial la recuperación de estos oasis para que vuelvan a ser fuentes de vida. Por cada nuevo alumno inscrito, la Academia Pradoventura colaborará en la conservación de la biodiversidad donando 1€ a la Asociación Medioambiental O-Live. Como agradecimiento a esta colaboración, la Asociación Medioambiental O-Live ofrecerá una visita guiada a su reserva natural a los alumnos y profesores de la academia. La visita se realizará en una fecha a concretar a finales de verano (agosto-septiembre). That is why we have decided to support the Environmental Association O-Live in its work to integrate sustainable rural development, conservation of biodiversity, applied research and ecotourism in a project to protect and to value the natural and cultural heritage of the surroundings of the "White Villages of Andalusia" and the Natural Parks "Sierra de Grazalema" and "Los Alcornocales". Its new initiative, "Fuentes de Vida" (Sources of Life), seeks to recover and adapt sources, stone water troughs and other waterbodies in the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park, aiming to preserve the amphibian fauna, one of the most threatened animal groups worldwide. The abandonment of the traditional extensive cattle farming has caused the deterioration of these buildings and thus the disappearance of these biodiversity hot spots, vital for amphibians as well as for other species of insects, birds, reptiles or mammals. Therefore, this restoration is essential in order to make these places sources of life once again. For each new student, Academia Pradoventura will support the biodiversity conservation by donating € 1 to the Asociación Medioambiental O-Live. As an appreciation of this collaboration, O-Live will offer a guided tour in its natural reserve to the students and teachers of the language school. Deswegen haben wir beschlossen, das Umweltschutzprojekt des Vereins „O-Live“ zu unterstützen. Die Mitglieder des Vereins arbeiten an einem Projekt, das die nachhaltige Entwicklung in den ländlichen Gebieten, die Erhaltung der Artenvielfalt, die angewandte Forschung und den Ökologischen Tourismus verbindet. Dieses Projekt dient dem Schutz und der Erhaltung der Natur und dem kulturellen Erbe der Region der „Route der Weißen Dörfer“ und der Naturparks „Sierra de Grazalema“ und „Los Alcornocales“. Die neue Initiative „Fuentes de Vida“ (Lebensquellen) beinhaltet die Wiederbelebung und Instandsetzung alter Wasserquellen und Viehtränken im Naturpark Sierra de Grazalema, um Amphibien eine Lebensgrundlage zu bieten, welche eine der am meisten gefährdeten Tiergruppen der Welt ist. Der Rückgang der traditionellen Viehzucht hat dazu beigetragen, dass die Viehtränken mit der Zeit verfallen. Als Folge daraus ist ein erheblicher Rückgang der Artenvielfalt von Amphibien, Insekten, Vögel, Reptilien aber auch Säugetiere zu verzeichnen. Die Wiederbelebung dieser Oasen ist wichtig um diese wieder in Lebensquellen zu verwandeln. Die Academia Pradoventura unterstützt dieses Projekt, indem sie für jede erfolgreiche Anmeldung 1 € an den Verein „O-Live“ spendet. Als Dankeschön für diese Unterstützung bietet der Verein „O-Live“ Sprachschülern und Lehrern der Sprachschule eine geführte Wanderung durch das vereinseigene Naturreservat an.
